Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ground cumin (4g)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (2g)

Method

  1. 1In a small bowl, mix ground cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, 0.75 tsp salt, and black pepper to form the spice rub.
  2. 2Pat mahi-mahi fillets dry with paper towels. Evenly rub spice mixture on both sides of each fillet. Let rest for 20 minutes to absorb flavors.
