Spiced Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 mahi-mahi fillets (about 150g each)
- 2 tsp ground cumin (4g)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (2g)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (2g)

Method
- 1In a small bowl, mix ground cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, 0.75 tsp salt, and black pepper to form the spice rub.
- 2Pat mahi-mahi fillets dry with paper towels. Evenly rub spice mixture on both sides of each fillet. Let rest for 20 minutes to absorb flavors.
- 3While the fish marinates, prepare the mango salsa: In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, minced red onion, minced red chili, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and the remaining 0.25 tsp salt. Mix well and set aside.
