- 400g firm tofu, pressed and blended
- 20g shallots (about 2), chopped
- 12g garlic (4 cloves), minced
- 3g turmeric powder (1 teaspoon)

Method
- 1Use a food processor to blend the tofu until smooth and creamy.
- 2In a large bowl, combine the blended tofu, shallots, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and bird's eye chili. Mix thoroughly.
- 3Add chopped scallions, shredded coconut, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to ensure even seasoning.
- 4Prepare the banana leaves by cutting into 20x25 cm sheets, then briefly wilt them over a flame or in hot water until soft and pliable.
