- 150g bean sprouts
- 2 carrots, sliced (150g)

Method
- 1Steam the green beans, carrots, and bean sprouts until tender but still crisp; set aside.
- 2Prepare the peanut sauce: heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add tamarind paste, palm sugar, and a pinch of salt; cook for 2 minutes.
- 3Add coconut milk to the saucepan, stirring well. Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
